1. Refunds or exchange Happily given within 30 days from date of purchase for manufacturer defects only.  Defective  product must be returned at buyers expense for refund.  All conditions must apply. 
2. Glow N Go Lift LLC  is not responsible for misuse of product or attachments to the product in any way whether accidental, unintentional or intentional. 
3.  It is buyers responsibility to supervise children when using this product and it is understood by buyer at time of purchase.
